Not having school on a Saturday is normal for me. Not having school on a Friday is not and that is awesome!

its not.....though I never used the m t w th f code...I used m t w r f...was easier (and yeah never had classes on weekends so no ideas)
and no I have no idea where those references are from ...I am very out of date and watch very little network type tv or go to movies (I think the last movie I saw was star trek and no I never went to see avatar, have not seen it nor plan on seeing it).

Some colleges use R for thursdays when doing schedules. Also Avatar is more like Dances with Wolves, or Fern Gully before its like Pocahontas.

Mine was from Whose Line is it Anyways? Old show that was done by Drew Carey that was essential stand up comedy. Had some pretty good stuff in it.

Mine uses Th, but I can see where R could cause less confusion when you know what it stands for.

yes I learned the R in college...where you could only have one letter for the day of the week --in the schedule (thus disallowing th for thursday)....and no classes were offered on the weekends so no confusion over those days.

oy need a big nap...have a wake to go to tomorrow and have the fire inspectors coming in on tuesday for our annual, yep that heat detector still works, yup yup yup, ghighighi....what a waste of time, money and a few other things----

hubby is working again today and has worked late just about every day this week, sometimes being salaried sucks big time.

Weekend classes are bad, I would never take them if I could avoid it. Though I have never seen them even offered so I guess no worries there.

Bears won, though it wasn't pretty at all... But it does mean football is back.

hubby is sick (all that extra work I guess, is kinda hard on the immune system).

and then tomorrow when I should be at the funeral I have to be home waiting for the stupid fireguy to look at a total useless piece of electronics that worked JUST FINE for 25 years without anyone ever having to so much as touch it

Sorry about having to start off the week with a funeral cosy, my condolences.

They are coming to check those heat detectors huh? I seem to recall a conversation about that.

My condolences Cosy. Kind of really hate going to things like that...(have a problem with being in a room full of sad people that will frown upon you if you laugh (can laugh about almost anything anytime xD)).

Your heat detector again ?! I think my apartment doesn't even have one.

There is no rule on it but posting in every thread on the front page to get your name on all of them is very much frowned upon.

Most apartments simply have smoke detectors I believe.
